【摘要】：目的:觀察復(fù)方益母草口服液聯(lián)合縮宮素預(yù)防陰道分娩產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后出血及促進(jìn)子宮復(fù)舊的效果與安全性。方法:240例經(jīng)產(chǎn)道自然分娩的產(chǎn)婦隨機(jī)均分為對(duì)照組和觀察組。對(duì)照組產(chǎn)婦分娩后,臀部立即注射縮宮素20 U。觀察組患者在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上加服復(fù)方益母草口服液20 ml,每日3次,連續(xù)服用兩周。觀察兩組產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后陰道出血、子宮復(fù)舊及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:觀察組產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后1 h出血量、1~2 h出血量、產(chǎn)后42 d復(fù)查時(shí)宮底高度與對(duì)照組比較,差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后2~24 h出血量、產(chǎn)后出血的發(fā)生率,產(chǎn)后42 d復(fù)查時(shí)子宮體大小、宮腔積血情況、惡露持續(xù)時(shí)間均顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組產(chǎn)婦均未見發(fā)熱、皮疹、惡心等明顯藥物不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生。結(jié)論:復(fù)方益母草口服液聯(lián)合縮宮素能明顯減少陰道分娩產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后出血、促進(jìn)子宮復(fù)舊,且安全性較好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect and safety of compound Leonurus oral liquid combined with oxytocin in preventing postpartum hemorrhage and promoting uterine restoration. Methods 240 cases of parturient delivered by birth canal were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group. In the control group, oxytocin 20 U was injected into the buttocks immediately after parturition. The patients in the observation group were given 20 ml of compound Leonurus oral liquid three times a day for two weeks on the basis of the control group. To observe the occurrence of postpartum vaginal hemorrhage, uterine retrogression and adverse reactions in the two groups. Results: there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the volume of blood loss at 1 hour and 2 hours after delivery, the height of the fundus of uterus was not significantly different from that in the control group at 42 days postpartum, the amount of blood lost at 24 hours after parturition and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group were not significantly different from those in the control group. At 42 days postpartum, the uterine body size, uterine cavity hemorrhage and lochia duration were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Fever, rash, nausea and other adverse drug reactions were not found in both groups. Conclusion: compound Leonurus oral liquid combined with oxytocin can significantly reduce postpartum hemorrhage, promote uterine restoration and improve the safety of vaginal delivery.
