【摘要】：目的:探討經(jīng)陰道三維超聲檢查剖宮產(chǎn)切口憩室(PCSD)形態(tài)大小與子宮異常出血的關(guān)系。方法:分析72例PCSD患者超聲圖像的深度肌層比值、憩室容積、寬度、高度、長(zhǎng)度,對(duì)比月經(jīng)正常組與異常子宮出血組的PCSD參數(shù)特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果:本組患者均是剖宮產(chǎn)后經(jīng)陰道三維超聲檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)PCSD,異常子宮出血組PCSD深度肌層比值、憩室容積、寬度、高度、長(zhǎng)度均大于月經(jīng)正常組(P0.05),通過(guò)多因素logistic回歸分析,PCSD容積是剖宮產(chǎn)后異常子宮出血的危險(xiǎn)因素(OR=2.211,P0.01)。結(jié)論:經(jīng)陰道三維超聲能重建PCSD選定切面的容積,PCSD容積是子宮異常出血的危險(xiǎn)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between the size of PCSDs of cesarean incision diverticulum and abnormal uterine bleeding by transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound. Methods: the ratio of deep myometrium, volume, width, height and length of diverticulum in 72 patients with PCSD were analyzed. The characteristics of PCSD parameters were compared between normal menstruation group and abnormal uterine bleeding group. Results: all the patients were found by transvaginal three dimensional ultrasound after cesarean section. The ratio of PCSD depth myometrium, the volume of diverticulum, the width and height of PCSD were found in abnormal uterine bleeding group. The length was longer than that in normal menstruation group (P 0.05). The volume of logistic was the risk factor of abnormal uterine bleeding after cesarean section by multivariate logistic regression analysis. Conclusion: the volume of PCSD selected section can be reconstructed by transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound and the volume of PCSD is a risk factor for abnormal uterine bleeding.
