【摘要】：目的:探討產(chǎn)婦發(fā)生胎盤植入的相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素,為有效控制及減少胎盤植入的發(fā)生提供依據(jù)。方法:回顧分析124例胎盤植入產(chǎn)婦的臨床資料,分析引起胎盤植入的相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)果:胎盤植入的發(fā)生率為0.19%(124/66000),其中粘連性胎盤植入占7.26%(9/124),植入性胎盤植入占73.39%(91/124),穿透性胎盤植入占19.35%(24/124)。單因素分析結(jié)果顯示,孕婦年齡≥30歲、孕前BMI≥24kg/m2、流產(chǎn)史、孕次≥2次、宮腔操作史、前置胎盤、疤痕子宮、早孕期陰道出血史是胎盤植入發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)因素(P0.05或P0.01)。多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示,合并有前置胎盤、疤痕子宮、早孕期陰道出血史是引起胎盤植入的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素(P0.01)。結(jié)論:應(yīng)對(duì)前置胎盤、疤痕子宮、早孕期陰道出血史的孕婦進(jìn)行干預(yù),以降低胎盤植入的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the risk factors of placenta accreta in order to control and reduce the occurrence of placenta accreta effectively. Methods: the clinical data of 124 pregnant women with placenta accreta were analyzed retrospectively and the risk factors of placenta accreta were analyzed.
