【摘要】：目的探討靜脈滴注抗生素聯(lián)合中藥保留灌腸對(duì)試管嬰兒助孕失敗合并子宮內(nèi)膜炎患者的治療作用。方法將86例IVF周期中1次新鮮胚胎移植失敗患者,分為兩組。其中,對(duì)照組30例,宮腔鏡提示正常宮腔;試驗(yàn)組56例,宮腔鏡提示子宮內(nèi)膜炎。對(duì)照組不予治療,直接行冷凍胚胎移植。試驗(yàn)組分為單純抗生素治療組(A組)25例,抗生素聯(lián)合中藥保留灌腸組(B組)31例,試驗(yàn)兩組給予治療后行冷凍胚胎移植,比較各組臨床妊娠率及胚胎種植率。結(jié)果給予冷凍胚胎移植后試驗(yàn)B組的臨床妊娠率及胚胎種植率均高于對(duì)照組及試驗(yàn)A組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.0 5)。結(jié)論抗生素聯(lián)合中藥保留灌腸治療子宮內(nèi)膜炎可提高助孕失敗后冷凍胚胎移植的臨床妊娠率及胚胎種植率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the therapeutic effect of intravenous infusion of antibiotics combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema on pregnant failure of IVF patients with endometritis. Methods 86 patients with failed fresh embryo transfer in IVF cycle were divided into two groups. The control group (n = 30) showed normal uterine cavity by hysteroscopy and the experimental group (n = 56) showed endometritis by hysteroscopy. The control group was not treated, and cryopreserved embryo transfer was performed directly. The experimental group was divided into two groups: group A (n = 25) treated with antibiotics and group B (n = 31) treated with antibiotics combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema. The clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate were compared between the two groups. Results the clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate in group B were significantly higher than those in group A and control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate of cryopreserved embryo transfer after pregnancy failure can be improved by antibiotics combined with Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of endometritis.
