【摘要】：目的:通過前瞻性觀察評價阿瑞匹坦聯(lián)合地塞米松及昂丹司瓊預防婦科腫瘤患者接受含順鉑化療引起的惡心嘔吐(CINV)的效果。方法:采用前瞻性研究方法選擇2013年12月1日至2014年9月30日收治的婦科腫瘤患者70例,均接受含有順鉑的單日或多日化療方案,并給予阿瑞匹坦聯(lián)合地塞米松及昂丹司瓊的三聯(lián)預防性止吐治療。在整個研究期間通過患者研究日志記錄其對治療的反應。主要研究終點為完全緩解率,次要研究終點包括急性期完全緩解率、延遲期完全緩解率、完全保護率、完全控制率、危險因素和預期因素對完全緩解率的影響以及CINV對日常生活的影響。結果:70例患者中完全緩解率為80.0%,急性期完全緩解率為94.3%,延遲期完全緩解率為84.3%;完全保護率為42.9%,完全控制率為25.7%;71.4%的患者表示CINV對日常生活影響極小。結論:阿瑞匹坦聯(lián)合地塞米松及昂丹司瓊可有效預防婦科腫瘤患者接受含順鉑的化療引起的嘔吐,但三藥聯(lián)合方案對預防惡心的作用仍欠滿意,用于多日化療的最佳用藥方案尚需進一步研究。接受順鉑化療的婦科腫瘤患者,在應用三聯(lián)止吐方案后,CINV對多數患者生活質量的影響很小。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effect of combination of amipitan and dexamethasone and ondansetron in the prevention of nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy with cisplatin in patients with gynecological neoplasms. Methods: a prospective study was used to select 70 patients with gynecological neoplasms admitted from December 1, 2013 to September 30, 2014. All patients received a single or multiple day chemotherapy regimen containing cisplatin. The patients were treated with albitam combined with dexamethasone and ondansetron. Responses to treatment were recorded in patient study logs throughout the study period. The main endpoint of the study is the complete remission rate. The secondary study endpoint includes the complete remission rate in the acute phase, the complete remission rate in the delayed period, the complete protection rate, and the complete control rate. The effects of risk factors and expected factors on the complete remission rate and the effects of CINV on daily life. Results the complete remission rate was 80.0 in 70 patients, the complete remission rate in acute stage was 94.3, the complete remission rate in delayed period was 84.3, the complete protection rate was 42.9 and the complete control rate was 25.71.4%, the effect of CINV on daily life was minimal. Conclusion: Arepitan combined with dexamethasone and ondansetron can effectively prevent vomiting caused by chemotherapy containing cisplatin in patients with gynecological neoplasms. The best regimen for multi-day chemotherapy needs further study. CINV had little effect on the quality of life of most patients with gynecological tumors who received cisplatin chemotherapy after triple antiemetic therapy.
