【摘要】：目的探討血清葉酸、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和尿酸(UA)水平與妊娠期高血壓疾病的關(guān)系。方法選擇重度子癇前期患者135例及孕周匹配的正常妊娠孕婦135例作為對(duì)照組,采用化學(xué)發(fā)光法測(cè)定血清葉酸水平,全自動(dòng)生化儀測(cè)定同型半胱氨酸、尿酸水平。結(jié)果妊娠28~41周~(+6),重度子癇前期組血清葉酸、同型半胱氨酸及尿酸水平分別為(8.66±5.63)μg/L、(10.85±5.52)μmol/L和(401.42±88.84)μmol/L,均高于對(duì)照組(11.33±6.76)μg/L、(9.22±4.19)μmol/L和(309.56±90.10)μmol/L(P0.05)。其中妊娠28~33周~(+6)重度子癇前期患者血清同型半胱氨酸、尿酸水平均高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);妊娠34~36周~(+6)重度子癇前期組血清葉酸水平低于對(duì)照組;妊娠37~41周~(+6)重度子癇前期組與對(duì)照組比較,僅血清尿酸水平高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論血清葉酸、同型半胱氨酸和尿酸水平與重度子癇前期密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between serum folic acid, homocysteine homocysteine (HCH) and uric acid (UAA) levels and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods 135 patients with severe preeclampsia and 135 normal pregnant women with gestational week were selected as control group. Serum folic acid levels were measured by chemiluminescence assay and homocysteine and uric acid levels were measured by automatic biochemical instrument. Results the levels of serum folic acid, homocysteine and uric acid were 8.66 鹵5.63 渭 g / L and 401.42 鹵88.84 渭 mol / L respectively in the group of severe preeclampsia at the 41st week of gestation, which were higher than those in the control group (11.33 鹵6.76) 渭 g / L 9.22 鹵4.19 渭 mol/L and 309.56 鹵90.10 渭 mol / L respectively. The levels of serum homocysteine and uric acid in patients with severe preeclampsia were significantly higher than those in control group (P 0.05), and the serum folic acid level in severe preeclampsia group was lower than that in control group at 346th week of gestation. The serum uric acid level in severe preeclampsia group was higher than that in control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the levels of serum folic acid, homocysteine and uric acid are closely related to severe preeclampsia.
