【摘要】：目的探討妊娠期糖尿病患者自我管理行為現(xiàn)狀及水平,與母嬰并發(fā)癥間的關(guān)系。方法采用自行設(shè)計(jì)的一般資料調(diào)查表及GDM自我管理行為問(wèn)卷表對(duì)950例GDM患者進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究。結(jié)果 (1)妊娠期糖尿病患者自我管理行為總得分率僅為63.14%,各維度得分率由高到低依次為運(yùn)動(dòng)管理、飲食控制、定期復(fù)查、血糖監(jiān)測(cè)、體重管理、藥物治療;(2)自我管理水平的不同等級(jí)比較:總體自我管理水平良好者占30.95%,中等者占29.47%,差者占39.58%。其中自我管理水平處于良好者所占百分比最高及最低分別為運(yùn)動(dòng)管理、藥物治療;(3)自我管理水平良好或中等者圍生期母兒并發(fā)癥(妊娠期高血壓疾病、羊水過(guò)多、產(chǎn)后出血,巨大兒、新生兒窒息、新生兒低血糖、死胎)的發(fā)生率均明顯低于自我管理水平差者(P0.05)。結(jié)論目前GDM病患者自我管理行為不是非常理想,自我管理水平不高,良好的自我管理水平可減少母嬰并發(fā)癥。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the present situation and level of self-management behavior in gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and the relationship between self-management behavior and maternal and infant complications. Methods the self-designed general information questionnaire and GDM self-management behavior questionnaire were used to investigate 950 patients with GDM. Results 1) the total score rate of self-management behavior in gestational diabetes mellitus patients was only 63.14. The score rate of each dimension was in order of exercise management, diet control, regular reexamination, blood glucose monitoring and weight management. Comparison of different levels of self-management level of drug therapy: 30.95% of the total self-management level was good, 29.47% of the middle, 39.58% of the poor. Among them, the percentage of those with good self-management level was the highest and the lowest was movement management. The patients with good self-management level or moderate self-management level had perinatal complications (hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, amniotic fluid excess, postpartum hemorrhage). The incidence of macrosomia, neonatal asphyxia, neonatal hypoglycemia and stillbirth) were significantly lower than those with poor self-management. Conclusion at present, the self-management behavior of GDM disease patients is not very ideal, the level of self-management is not high, and a good level of self-management can reduce the complications of mother and child.
