【摘要】：正子宮內膜異位癥(內異癥)是育齡婦女(25~45歲)的常見病、多發(fā)病,發(fā)病率約10%~15%,在內異癥中,深部浸潤型子宮內膜異位癥(deep infiltrating endometriosis,DIE)在內異癥中占20%~35%~([1-2])。內異癥致患者不孕率達30%~50%,70%患者伴有不同程度及不同部位的疼痛,包括各種盆腔痛,如排便痛、肛門墜痛、性交痛以及慢性盆腔痛。對患者生活質量及身心健康造成嚴重影響~([3-5])�，F(xiàn)結合文獻對DIE的診治進展做一綜述。
[Abstract]:Positive endometriosis (endometriosis) is a common disease in women of childbearing age (25 ~ 45 years old). The incidence of endometriosis is about 10 / 15. In the inner heterosis, deep infiltrating endometriosis (deep infiltrating endometriosis) is the most common disease ([1-2]).The infertile rate of patients with endometriosis was 30%. 70% of the patients had pain of different degree and different parts, including various pelvic pain, such as defecation pain, anal pain, intercourse pain and chronic pelvic pain.The quality of life and physical and mental health of patients have been seriously affected ([3-5]).The progress of diagnosis and treatment of DIE is reviewed in this paper.
