【摘要】：正絕經(jīng)后婦女因家庭因素有生育要求是體外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET)的罕見病例之一。由于絕經(jīng)后婦女卵巢功能的降低及子宮內(nèi)膜的萎縮,在行IVF-ET前,患者需性激素建立人工月經(jīng)周期,促進(jìn)卵巢排卵,但絕經(jīng)后性激素的運(yùn)用可能引起性激素依賴性腫瘤的發(fā)生。現(xiàn)報(bào)道1例54歲絕經(jīng)5年患者行IVF-ET前、后治療期
[Abstract]:Postmenopausal women with fertility requirements due to family factors are one of the rare cases of IVF-ETs in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer.Because of the decrease of ovarian function and the atrophy of endometrium in postmenopausal women, patients need sex hormone to establish artificial menstrual cycle before IVF-ET, to promote ovarian ovulation, but the use of postmenopausal sex hormone may lead to the occurrence of sex hormone dependent tumor.This paper reports a case of 54-year-old postmenopausal patients undergoing IVF-ET before and after treatment.
