孕婦血清中PLGF、β-HCG水平與子癇前期關系研究

【摘要】:[目的] 通過檢測人胎盤生長因子(Placental growth factor, PLGF)及人絨毛膜促性腺激素(Beta Human Chorionic Gonadotropin,(3-HCG)在正常妊娠、輕度子癇前期、重度子癇前期孕婦靜脈血中水平變化,探討PLGF與β-HCG在子癇前期發(fā)生發(fā)展中的作用及二者在子癇前期中的相關性。 [方法] 采用雙抗體夾心酶聯免疫吸附法(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, ELISA)和化學發(fā)光免疫分析法(chemiluminescence immunoassay, CLIA),分別檢測28例正常妊娠組、24例輕度子癇前期組、23例重度子癇前期組孕婦靜脈血中的PLGF和P-HCG的水平,所得數據用SPSS17.0(Statistic Package for Social Science)統計軟件包處理。 [結果] 1.正常妊娠組、輕度子癇前期組、重度子癇前期組孕婦靜脈血中PLGF水平分別為(91.61±30.73) pg/ml、(72.05±22.40) pg/ml、(43.71±16.41) pg/ml。孕婦靜脈血中PLGF水平比較發(fā)現,輕度子癇前期組比正常妊娠組明顯降低(p0.05),重度子癇前期組比輕度子癇前期組明顯降低(p0.05),重度子癇前期組比正常妊娠組明顯降低(p0.05)。 2.正常妊娠組、輕度子癇前期組、重度子癇前期組孕婦靜脈血中P-HCG水平分別為(24467.79±9716.99) mIU/ml、(42310.33±13570.31) mIU/ml、(56505.52±17968.80) mIU/ml。孕婦靜脈血中β-HCG水平比較發(fā)現,輕度子癇前期組比正常妊娠組明顯升高(p0.05),重度子癇前期組比輕度子癇前期組明顯升高(p0.05),重度子癇前期組比正常妊娠組明顯升高(p0.05)。 3PLGF與β-HCG在子癇前期孕婦靜脈血中的水平呈負相關關系(r=-0.502,p=0.0000.05) [結論] 1.子癇前期孕婦靜脈血中PLGF的水平低于正常妊娠孕婦。輕、重度子癇前期組與正常妊娠組,重度子癇前期組與輕度子癇前期組,組間的PLGF水平差異均有統計學意義,說明PLGF水平在正常妊娠組最高,輕度子癇前期組次之,重度子癇前期組最低。推測PLGF可能參與了子癇前期的發(fā)生與發(fā)展,且其水平變化與病情程度相關,水平越低則病情越重。 2.子癇前期孕婦靜脈血中β-HCG的水平高于正常妊娠孕婦。輕、重度子癇前期組與正常妊娠組,重度子癇前期組與輕度子癇前期組,組間的β-HCG水平差異均有統計學意義,說明β-HCG水平在正常妊娠組最低,輕度子癇前期組次之,重度子癇前期組最高。推測β-HCG可能參與了子癇前期的發(fā)生與發(fā)展,并且其水平變化與病情程度相關,水平越高則病情越重。 3PLGF與β-HCG在子癇前期孕婦靜脈血中的水平呈負相關關系,推測二者相互作用,共同參與子癇前期的發(fā)生,可作為聯合預測子癇前期的指標。
[Abstract]:[purpose]The changes of serum levels of human placental growth factor (PLGF) and human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in normal pregnancy, mild preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia were measured.To investigate the role of PLGF and 尾 -HCG in the development of preeclampsia and their correlation with preeclampsia.[methods]The data were processed by SPSS17.0(Statistic Package for Social Science software package.[results]1.In normal pregnancy group, mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group, the levels of PLGF in venous blood of pregnant women were 91.61 鹵30.73) PG / ml 72.05 鹵22.40) PG / ml 43.71 鹵16.41 respectively.The levels of PLGF in the vein blood of pregnant women were significantly lower in the mild preeclampsia group than in the normal pregnancy group, in the severe preeclampsia group than in the mild preeclampsia group, and in the severe preeclampsia group than in the mild preeclampsia group, and in the severe preeclampsia group as compared with the normal pregnancy group.2.The levels of P-HCG in venous blood of normal pregnancy group, mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group were 42310.33 鹵13570.31) MIUP / ml, respectively.The levels of 尾 -HCG in the venous blood of pregnant women were significantly higher in the mild preeclampsia group than in the normal pregnancy group, in the severe preeclampsia group than in the mild preeclampsia group, and in the severe preeclampsia group as compared with that in the mild preeclampsia group, and in the severe preeclampsia group as compared with the normal pregnancy group.There was a negative correlation between 3PLGF and 尾 -HCG in venous blood of preeclampsia pregnant women.[conclusion]1.The level of PLGF in venous blood of preeclampsia pregnant women was lower than that of normal pregnant women.There were significant differences in PLGF levels between mild and severe preeclampsia group and normal pregnancy group, severe preeclampsia group and mild preeclampsia group, indicating that PLGF level was the highest in normal pregnancy group, followed by mild preeclampsia group.The group of severe preeclampsia was the lowest.It is speculated that PLGF may be involved in the occurrence and development of preeclampsia, and its level is related to the severity of the disease, and the lower the level, the more serious the disease.2.The level of 尾-HCG in venous blood of preeclampsia pregnant women was higher than that of normal pregnant women.There were significant differences in 尾 -HCG levels between mild and severe preeclampsia group and normal pregnancy group, severe preeclampsia group and mild preeclampsia group, indicating that 尾 -HCG level was the lowest in normal pregnancy group, followed by mild preeclampsia group.Severe preeclampsia group was the highest.It is speculated that 尾 -HCG may be involved in the occurrence and development of preeclampsia, and the level of 尾 -HCG may be related to the severity of the disease, and the higher the level, the more serious the disease.There was a negative correlation between 3PLGF and 尾 -HCG levels in the venous blood of preeclampsia pregnant women. It was speculated that both of them interact with each other and participate in the occurrence of preeclampsia, which can be used as a combined predictor of preeclampsia.
