【摘要】：目的探究孕婦機(jī)體內(nèi)甲狀腺功能水平和重度子癇前期之間的關(guān)系。方法選取40例重度子癇前期孕婦為觀察組,選取40例健康孕婦為對(duì)照組,分別檢測(cè)并對(duì)比兩組患者的甲狀腺功能水平。結(jié)果與對(duì)照組相比,觀察組患者的游離甲狀腺激素3(free thyroxine 3,FT3)、FT4均出現(xiàn)明顯下降,而觀察組患者血清中促甲狀腺激素(thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH)則明顯上升,兩組間差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論重度子癇前期孕婦和正常孕婦比較,FT3和FT4明顯較低,同時(shí)TSH明顯較高,因此應(yīng)該引起臨床注意。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between thyroid function and severe preeclampsia in pregnant women. Methods 40 pregnant women with severe preeclampsia were selected as observation group and 40 healthy pregnant women as control group. Results compared with the control group, the free thyroid hormone 3(free thyroxine 3FT 3 FT 3 FT 4 in the observation group was significantly decreased, while the thyroid stimulating hormone thyroid hormone, thyroid stimulating hormone, was significantly increased in the observation group, compared with the control group, and the serum thyroid function of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), while the serum thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) in the patients in the observation group was significantly increased. Conclusion FT3 and FT4 were significantly lower and TSH was significantly higher in severe preeclampsia pregnant women than that in normal pregnant women, so the clinical attention should be paid to the patients with severe preeclampsia.
