【摘要】：選擇某院5 213例育齡婦女為研究對象,測定其血清睪酮水平。該院修正后睪酮參考值范圍為0.20~2.00nmol/L,該院檢驗科的血清睪酮參考值范圍為0.22~2.90nmol/L。修正后的睪酮結(jié)果明顯低于目前使用的參考值標(biāo)準(zhǔn),該地區(qū)內(nèi)如檢測方法一樣,均可參考,這樣可以更好地指導(dǎo)臨床工作。
[Abstract]:5,213 women of childbearing age in a hospital were selected as subjects. The serum testosterone level was measured. The revised reference value of testosterone in the hospital was 0.20 ~ 2.00 nmol / L, and the reference value of serum testosterone in the laboratory of the hospital was 0.22 ~ 2.90 nmol / L. the revised result of testosterone was obviously lower than the standard of reference value used at present. It can be referred to, so that it can better guide clinical work.
