【摘要】：目的探討妊娠晚期臨界性羊水過(guò)少靜脈補(bǔ)液治療的臨床價(jià)值。方法選擇我院收治的妊娠晚期臨界羊水過(guò)少孕婦90例,按照隨機(jī)的方法將兩組孕婦分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,每組各45例,觀察組孕婦予以靜脈補(bǔ)液治療,對(duì)照組孕婦僅行動(dòng)態(tài)觀察,對(duì)比兩組的妊娠結(jié)局。結(jié)果觀察組與對(duì)照組孕婦的羊水指數(shù)及羊水深度均有所增加,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組宮內(nèi)窘迫、新生兒窒息和羊水污染的的發(fā)生率,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在胎心監(jiān)測(cè)正常的情況下,妊娠晚期臨界性羊水過(guò)少的情況下進(jìn)行補(bǔ)液治療無(wú)明顯臨床意義,應(yīng)根據(jù)羊水過(guò)少原因進(jìn)行明確診斷并做好監(jiān)測(cè),以改善圍生兒的預(yù)后。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of critical amniotic fluid oligohydramnios in late pregnancy.Methods 90 pregnant women with critical amniotic fluid oligohydramnios in late pregnancy were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 45 cases in each group. The pregnant women in the observation group were treated with intravenous rehydration.The pregnant women in the control group were observed dynamically and the pregnancy outcome was compared between the two groups.Results the amniotic fluid index and amniotic fluid depth in the observation group and the control group were increased with no significant difference (P 0.05), while the incidence of intrauterine distress, neonatal asphyxia and amniotic fluid contamination in the two groups were not significantly different.Conclusion under the normal condition of fetal heart monitoring, rehydration therapy in the case of critical amniotic fluid oligohydramnios in the third trimester of pregnancy has no obvious clinical significance. The diagnosis and monitoring should be made according to the causes of oligohydramnios in order to improve the prognosis of perinatal infants.
