【摘要】：目的探討子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織Septin-9 mRNA表達(dá)變化及其臨床意義。方法選擇子宮內(nèi)膜癌患者120例(子宮內(nèi)膜癌組)、子宮內(nèi)膜不典型增生患者63例(不典型增生組)、子宮肌瘤患者70例(子宮肌瘤組),分別取手術(shù)切除的子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織、子宮內(nèi)膜不典型增生組織、正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織,采用qRT-PCR法檢測各子宮內(nèi)膜組織Septin-9 mRNA表達(dá)。同時分析子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織Septin-9 mRNA表達(dá)與患者臨床病理參數(shù)及預(yù)后的關(guān)系。結(jié)果子宮內(nèi)膜癌組、不典型增生組、子宮肌瘤組Septin-9 mRNA相對表達(dá)量分別為1.98±0.51、1.64±0.23、1.00±0.00,組間兩兩比較P均0.05。子宮內(nèi)膜癌組Septin-9 mRNA表達(dá)與淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、肌層浸潤和FIGO分期有關(guān)(P均0.05),與患者年齡、絕經(jīng)狀態(tài)、病理類型及病理分級無關(guān)(P均0.05)。以子宮內(nèi)膜癌組Septin-9 mRNA相對表達(dá)量的下四分位數(shù)為界值,將子宮內(nèi)膜癌患者分為Septin-9 mRNA低表達(dá)者和Septin-9 mRNA高表達(dá)者。Septin-9 mRNA高表達(dá)者術(shù)后5年生存率及總生存時間均低于Septin-9 mRNA低表達(dá)者(P均0.05)。結(jié)論子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織Septin-9 mRNA表達(dá)升高,其表達(dá)變化可能有助于子宮內(nèi)膜癌診斷、病情評估及預(yù)后預(yù)測。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of Septin-9 mRNA in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods 120 cases of endometrial carcinoma (endometrial carcinoma group), 63 cases of endometrial atypical hyperplasia (atypical hyperplasia group, uterine leiomyoma) were selected. 70 patients (uterine leiomyoma group, respectively, removed endometrial carcinoma tissue, Endometrial atypical hyperplasia, normal endometrial tissue, The expression of Septin-9 mRNA in endometrial tissues was detected by qRT-PCR method. The relationship between the expression of Septin-9 mRNA and the clinicopathological parameters and prognosis of patients with endometrial carcinoma was analyzed. The relative expression of Septin-9 mRNA in uterine leiomyoma group was 1.98 鹵0.51t 1.64 鹵0.231.00 鹵0.000.The expression of Septin-9 mRNA in endometrial carcinoma group was correlated with lymph node metastasis, myometrium infiltration and FIGO stage (P 0.05), and was related to age and menopausal status. There was no correlation between pathological type and pathological grade (P < 0.05). The lower quartile of Septin-9 mRNA expression in endometrial carcinoma group was taken as the boundary value. The 5-year survival rate and total survival time of endometrial carcinoma were lower than those of patients with low expression of Septin-9 mRNA and high expression of Septin-9 mRNA. Conclusion Septin-9 mRNA expression in endometrial carcinoma is higher than that in patients with low expression of Septin-9 mRNA. The changes of its expression may be helpful for diagnosis, evaluation and prognosis prediction of endometrial carcinoma.
