【摘要】：目的探討多學科團隊參與對胎盤植入患者母嬰結(jié)局的影響。方法選擇2005年1月1日至2014年1月1日在廣州醫(yī)科大學附屬第三醫(yī)院分娩的臨床資料完整的81例胎盤植入患者。根據(jù)多學科團隊(多團隊)參與的情況,分為全程(妊娠期及分娩期)多團隊參與組,分娩期多團隊參與組,和分娩期無多團隊參與(僅有產(chǎn)科與新生兒科)組�；仡櫺苑治鋈M胎盤植入患者的母兒結(jié)局。結(jié)果在植入性胎盤中全程多團隊參與組和分娩期多團隊參與組出血量[(1453.2±991.2)m L和(1536.4±1001.3)m L]、術中輸血量[(592.1±301.2)m L和(632.4±279.8)m L]以及早期并發(fā)癥的比例[26.5%(9/34)和31.8%(7/22)]均低于分娩期無多團隊參與組[(1889.3±1403.4)m L、(721.4±298.1)m L和60.0%(15/25)](P0.05)。結(jié)論多學科團隊參與治療植入性胎盤可改善產(chǎn)婦妊娠結(jié)局,但對新生兒結(jié)局則無影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of multidisciplinary team participation on the outcome of placenta implantation. Methods 81 cases of placenta with complete clinical data were selected from January 2005 to January 1, 2014 in the third affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University. Implanted patients. Based on the involvement of multidisciplinary teams, Divided into full (pregnancy and delivery) multi-team participation group, delivery multi-team participation group, The maternal and fetal outcomes of three groups of placenta accreta patients were retrospectively analyzed. The blood volume [1453.2 鹵991.2mL and 1536.4 鹵1001.3mL], intraoperative blood transfusions [592.1 鹵301.2mL and 632.4 鹵279.8mL] and the proportion of early complications [26.55.59.34 and 31.8i / 7 / 22] were lower than those in the non-group group [18889.3 鹵143.4mL 721.4 鹵298.1mL and 60.015r25]. Conclusion Multidisciplinary team involvement in the treatment of implanted placenta can improve the pregnancy outcome. However, there was no effect on the neonatal outcome.
