婦科護(hù)士對(duì)配制化療藥物的自我防護(hù)知識(shí)及行為情況調(diào)查分析

Objective To investigate the awareness of self protection and practical conditions of nurses of gynecologic department when nursing patients treated with chemotherapeutic drugs.Method The survey was done among 32 nurses using a self-designed questionnaire and an on-the-spot examination was done to them in terms of drug-preparing flow sheet.Results 100% nurses had not received any training associated with chemotherapy.90.6% nurses were not doubly gloved.84.4% nurses hadn't worn spectacles and protective clothes before preparations.81.2% nurses hadn't conducted preparations at separate dispensing table or by central dispensing.93.7% nurses had neither wrapped the neck of the ampoule with aseptic gauze when opening the ampoule nor expelled gases with the syringe needle buried in the gauze.93.7% nurses hadn't stored chemotherapeutic drugs separately and sealed during transportation.84.4% hadn't treated the environment after preparation.Conclusions By the questionnaire survey and the on-the-spot examination,the nurses in our department have weak awareness of self protection when dealing with chemotherapy,lack chemotherapy associated training and protocols for preparing chemotherapeutic drugs.Nurses of the entire department need education on self-protection knowledge.The protocols for preparing chemotherapeutic drugs need standardizing and systems,and guidelines of protection need establishing so as to reduce the occurrence of occupational hazard.
