【摘要】：目的探討人乳頭瘤病毒(HPV)16E6及E7蛋白在宮頸癌前病變中宮頸癌組織的表達與病理特征的相關性,分析引起宮頸癌病變中的作用機制。方法收集2014年1月-2015年10月在醫(yī)院手術的宮頸癌及宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變(CIN)患者各60例,采用免疫組化Envision二步法對病變標本組織中HPV16E6、E7蛋白表達進行檢測。結果宮頸癌組織中E6、E7表達陽性率分別為90.00%、88.33%,明顯高于CIN組的68.33%、71.67%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);鱗癌、分期Ⅲ-Ⅳ期患者宮頸癌組織中E6、E7表達陽性率分別為97.62%、97.62%、100.00%、83.87%,明顯高于腺癌、分期Ⅰ-Ⅱ期的72.22%、66.67%、79.31%、58.62%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),E6、E7表達陽性率與癌細胞分化程度無關;Ⅲ期患者CIN組織中E6、E7表達陽性率分別為86.96%、86.96%,明顯高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ級的56.76%、62.16%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論 HPV16E6及E7蛋白在宮頸癌組織中陽性表達率較宮頸癌前病變明顯增高,并與病理特征關系密切,檢測HPV16E6及E7蛋白有可能作為宮頸癌前病變與宮頸癌轉歸的指標。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between the expression of HPV-16E6 and E7 proteins and the pathological features of cervical carcinoma in precancerous lesions of human papillomavirus. Methods from January 2014 to October 2015, 60 patients with cervical cancer and 60 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (cin) who were operated in hospital from January 2014 to October 2015 were analyzed. The expression of HPV16 E6P7 protein was detected by immunohistochemical Envision two-step method. Results the positive rates of E6 E7 expression in cervical carcinoma were 90.0088.33, which was significantly higher than that in CIN group (68.33%), the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and that in squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in CIN group (P < 0.05), and the expression of E7 protein in cervical carcinoma was significantly higher than that in CIN group (P < 0.05).
