【摘要】：目的探討直腸給予雙氯芬酸鈉栓與陰道給予米索前列醇在門診無(wú)創(chuàng)宮腔鏡檢查中減少患者疼痛的差異。方法回顧性分析廣州市婦女兒童醫(yī)療中心2016年4月至2016年12月在門診行無(wú)創(chuàng)宮腔鏡檢查患者196例�；颊叻殖�3組。其中A組63例,術(shù)前未給予任何藥物處置;B組51例,均術(shù)前2 h接受陰道給藥米索前列醇200μg;C組82例,術(shù)前60 min直腸給予雙氯芬酸鈉栓100 mg。記錄患者疼痛程度,按從0分(無(wú)痛)到10分(劇痛)可視量化評(píng)分,比較宮腔鏡檢查時(shí)間、術(shù)中不良反應(yīng)、術(shù)后鎮(zhèn)痛的需求及心腦綜合征(PASS)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果宮腔鏡檢查時(shí)間A組(7.61±2.23)min,B組(7.04±2.95)min,C組(6.12±1.72)min,3組差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;術(shù)中C組發(fā)生PASS和不良反應(yīng)0例,明顯低于B組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);術(shù)中C組發(fā)生中重度疼痛7例(8.75%),分別與A組和B組比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論門診無(wú)創(chuàng)宮腔鏡檢查術(shù)前應(yīng)用雙氯芬酸鈉栓具有疼痛輕、無(wú)需麻醉、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率低、效果好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the difference between rectal administration of diclofenac sodium suppository and vaginal misoprostol in non-invasive hysteroscopy. Methods retrospective analysis was made on the pain reduction in Guangzhou Women's and Children's Medical Center from April 2016 to 2016. 196 patients underwent noninvasive hysteroscopy in the outpatient clinic in December. The patients were divided into three groups: group A (63 cases), There were 51 patients in group B who were not given any drugs before operation. 82 patients in group C received misoprostol 200 渭 g / g of misoprostol 2 hours before operation. The pain degree of patients was recorded by rectal administration of diclofenac sodium suppository at 60 min before operation. According to the visual quantitative score from 0 (painless) to 10 (severe pain), the time of hysteroscopy and adverse reaction during operation were compared. Results the time of hysteroscopy was 7.61 鹵2.23 min in group A, 7.04 鹵2.95 min in group C, 6.12 鹵1.72 min in group C, 0 cases in group C and 0 cases in group C, which were significantly lower than those in group B. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), 7 cases of moderate and severe pain occurred in group C, compared with group A and group B, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the application of diclofenac sodium suppository before hysteroscopy in outpatient department has mild pain and no need of anesthesia. The adverse reaction rate is low, the effect is good and so on.
