【摘要】：目的對比酚妥拉明與硫酸鎂治療妊娠高血壓綜合癥患者的療效。方法選取2014年2~2016年7月我院收治的妊娠高血壓綜合癥患者106例作為此次研究對象,隨機(jī)將患者分為甲、乙組,各53例,甲組應(yīng)用硫酸鎂治療,乙組應(yīng)用酚妥拉明治療,對比兩組患者的臨床療效。結(jié)果乙組治療后收縮壓與舒張壓水平要顯著低于甲組與治療前差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);甲組治療有效率是83%,乙組治療有效率是96.2%,乙組療效要顯著優(yōu)于甲組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);甲組不良妊娠結(jié)局發(fā)生率是22.6%,乙組不良妊娠結(jié)局發(fā)生率是5.7%,乙組要顯著低于甲組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論酚妥拉明治療妊娠高血壓綜合癥患者的療效要優(yōu)于硫酸鎂治療,血壓水平控制效果更佳,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the efficacy of phentol Lemine and magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome. Methods 106 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome treated in our hospital from 2 to 2016 were randomly divided into group A and group B. 53 cases in each group were treated with magnesium sulfate in group A, and those in group B were treated with phentol Lemine. Results the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in group B were significantly lower than those in group A and before treatment (P 0.05), the effective rate of treatment in group A was 83.The effective rate of treatment in group B was 96.2.The curative effect of group B was significantly lower than that of group B. The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was 22.6 in group A, 5.7in group B, and significantly lower in group B than that in group A. Conclusion there is a significant difference between group B and group A in the treatment of pregnancy. The curative effect of patients with hypertension syndrome is better than that of magnesium sulfate. The effect of blood pressure level control is better, and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
