【摘要】：目的:了解妊娠合并肝豆狀核變性(WD)患者的孕期處理和轉歸。方法:總結分析7例妊娠合并肝豆狀核變性患者的孕期病情變化、用藥情況及妊娠結局。結果:5例患者獲得滿意妊娠結局,1例出現(xiàn)胚胎停止發(fā)育,1例孕75天時在患者要求下終止妊娠。結論:肝豆狀核變性患者接受正規(guī)治療且無癥狀者可正常妊娠,妊娠結局良好,建議孕期繼續(xù)藥物治療。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the treatment and outcome of pregnancy with hepatolenticular degeneration (WD). Methods: seven cases of pregnancy with hepatolenticular degeneration were analyzed. Results the pregnancy outcome was satisfactory in 5 cases. Results 1 case with embryo stop development and 1 case with pregnancy terminated at the request of 75 days. Conclusion: the patients with hepatolenticular degeneration received regular treatment and had no pregnancy. A person with symptoms may have a normal pregnancy, Pregnancy outcome is good, it is recommended to continue medication during pregnancy.
