【摘要】：目的 探討子癇前期患者血清代謝指紋的變化以及尋找子癇前期的生物標志物,為闡明潛在的病因和發(fā)病機制提供線索,探索應用代謝組學方法診斷子癇前期的價值。方法 采用基于超高效液相色譜三重四級桿飛行時間質譜(UPLC/Q-TOF-MS)的代謝組學方法,對37例子癇前期患者和21例正常妊娠婦女血清代謝指紋研究,運用模式識別方法對數(shù)據(jù)進行分析。結果子癇前期患者血清代謝指紋與正常孕婦相比存在差異,本實驗找到子癇前期16個潛在的生物標志物。應用代謝組學方法對子癇前期進行診斷,其靈敏度、特異度和準確率分別為100%、83.3%、94.1%。結論子癇前期患者血清代謝指紋明顯異于正常孕婦,代謝標志物變化趨可以揭示子癇前期可能的發(fā)病機理.本實驗也為子癇前期的診斷提供了一種新方法,該方法具有良好的診斷能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the changes of serum metabolic fingerprints in patients with preeclampsia and to search for biomarkers of preeclampsia so as to provide clues for elucidating the underlying etiology and pathogenesis of preeclampsia. To explore the value of metabonomics in the diagnosis of preeclampsia. Methods Metabolomics based on UPLC / Q-TOF-MS was used. The serum metabolic fingerprints of 37 preeclampsia patients and 21 normal pregnant women were analyzed by pattern recognition method. Results the serum metabolic fingerprints of preeclampsia patients were different from those of normal pregnant women. In this study, 16 potential biomarkers of preeclampsia were found. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the diagnosis of preeclampsia were 100%, 83.3% and 94.1, respectively. Conclusion the serum metabolic fingerprints of preeclampsia patients are significantly different from those of normal pregnant women. The change of metabolic markers may reveal the possible pathogenesis of preeclampsia. This study also provides a new method for the diagnosis of preeclampsia, which has a good diagnostic ability.
