【摘要】：正產科學是婦產科學的基礎和重點,而其中關于難產的理論體系和處置方案又是產科學的重中之重。近年來,隨著社會人群的生活方式改變和科學技術的迅猛發(fā)展,產科醫(yī)學難題也相應地推陳出新,亟需新的解決方案。1難產診治的有關問題1.1對產程圖的重新解讀在大量的最新最好醫(yī)學數據和研究證據的支持下,有關難產的概念、難產的危險因素、分娩的基礎理論、分娩的監(jiān)護手段、難產的解決之道等均發(fā)生了一些變化。例如,在張軍教授等
[Abstract]:Obstetrical science is the foundation and key point of obstetrics, and the theoretical system and disposal scheme of dystocia are the most important in obstetrics. In recent years, with the change of life style and the rapid development of science and technology, Problems in obstetrical medicine are emerging accordingly, and the concept of dystocia is in urgent need of a new solution, problem 1.1 the reinterpretation of labor process maps, supported by a great deal of the latest and best medical data and research evidence. Some changes have taken place in the risk factors of dystocia, the basic theory of delivery, the means of monitoring labor, and the solution to dystocia. For example, Professor Zhang Jun and so on.
