【摘要】：目的探討圍絕經(jīng)期女性情緒障礙與激素補(bǔ)充治療、心理疏導(dǎo)及抗焦慮干預(yù)的臨床療效。方法收集烏魯木齊市第一人民醫(yī)院、克拉瑪依市人民醫(yī)院和北京大學(xué)人民醫(yī)院2015年10月至2016年10月婦科門診圍絕經(jīng)期情緒障礙女性共100例,采用回顧性病例對照的方法,按接受治療情況分為A、B兩組,A組54例,僅給予絕經(jīng)激素補(bǔ)充治療;B組46例,在A組基礎(chǔ)上給予抗焦慮藥物干預(yù);將同期烏魯木齊市第一人民醫(yī)院接受門診體檢的圍絕經(jīng)期健康女性50例納入C組對照;比較三組女性情緒障礙程度,A、B兩組用藥前后的情緒評分變化及療效比較。結(jié)果三組女性情緒障礙基礎(chǔ)評分比較,A、B兩組HAMA評分、HAMD評分、SAS評分、SDS評分比較差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),分別與C組比較評分均明顯增高(P0.05);接受治療后A、B兩組四項(xiàng)評分均明顯低于治療前,兩組治療后各節(jié)點(diǎn)評分比較B組明顯優(yōu)于A組(P0.05)。結(jié)論圍絕經(jīng)期女性情緒障礙通過激素補(bǔ)充治療及抗焦慮綜合干預(yù)后能有效緩解癥狀,提高生存質(zhì)量,在臨床上具有積極的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical efficacy of hormone supplementation therapy, psychological counseling and anti-anxiety intervention in perimenopausal women. Methods the first people's Hospital of Urumqi City was collected. From October 2015 to October 2016, 100 women with perimenopausal mood disorders in the gynecological outpatient department of Karamay people's Hospital and Peking University people's Hospital were divided into two groups: group A (54 cases) and group A (54 cases). 46 cases of menopausal hormone supplement therapy were only given in group B, which were treated with anti-anxiety drugs on the basis of group A, 50 healthy women who were examined in outpatient clinic of the first people's Hospital of Urumqi City in the same period were included in group C as control group. Results there were no significant differences in HAMA scores and Hamd scores between the two groups. After treatment, the scores of four items in group A and B were significantly lower than those in group C, and the scores in group C were significantly higher than those in group C, and the scores of four items in group A and B were significantly lower than those in group C after treatment. After treatment, the scores of each node in group B were significantly better than those in group A. ConclusionThe symptoms and quality of life of postmenopausal women can be effectively alleviated by hormone supplementation therapy and comprehensive intervention of anti-anxiety. It has positive practical value in clinic.
