【摘要】:長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)人們一直認(rèn)為基因突變或基因缺失參與腫瘤的形成。近年來(lái)眾多研究表明,表觀遺傳修飾對(duì)腫瘤的發(fā)展也具有非常重要的意義,它的主要表現(xiàn)形式有DNA甲基化、組蛋白修飾、微小RNA調(diào)節(jié)、染色質(zhì)重組等。DNA異常甲基化可通過(guò)影響染色質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)、癌基因及抑癌基因表達(dá)而參與腫瘤的形成。了解目前宮頸癌中DNA甲基化的研究進(jìn)展不僅有助于宮頸癌的早期診斷,對(duì)其分子靶向治療及預(yù)后評(píng)估亦顯示出良好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:For a long time, it has been thought that gene mutation or gene deletion is involved in tumor formation. In recent years, many studies have shown that epigenetic modification is also very important for the development of tumor, and its main manifestation is DNA methylation. Histone modification, tiny RNA regulation, chromatin recombination, and so on. The expression of oncogene and tumor suppressor gene is involved in the formation of tumor. Understanding the research progress of DNA methylation in cervical cancer not only contributes to the early diagnosis of cervical cancer, but also shows a good application prospect for its molecular targeted therapy and prognosis evaluation.
