【摘要】：正產(chǎn)褥期抑郁癥(postpartum depression,PPD)是產(chǎn)褥期發(fā)生的心理行為異常,主要表現(xiàn)為情緒改變、自我評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)低、生活態(tài)度消沉、精神神志改變,是產(chǎn)褥期精神障礙中最常見(jiàn)的一種。PPD不僅危及母親健康,還會(huì)影響嬰兒的心智及行為的發(fā)育,影響家庭生活
[Abstract]:Postpartum depressionPPDA is a psychological and behavioral disorder occurring during puerperium, which is characterized by emotional change, low self-evaluation, depressed attitude towards life, and change of mental state. PPD is one of the most common mental disorders in puerperium. PPD not only endangers the mother's health, but also affects the infant's mental and behavioral development and family life.
