【摘要】：目的通過(guò)比較普通培養(yǎng)法、先增菌再培養(yǎng)法和顯色平板法,得到適合實(shí)驗(yàn)室快速檢測(cè)B群鏈球菌的方法。方法分別用普通培養(yǎng)法、先增菌再培養(yǎng)法和顯色平板法對(duì)1 526例圍產(chǎn)期孕婦進(jìn)行B群鏈球菌檢測(cè),并進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果普通培養(yǎng)法、先增菌再培養(yǎng)法、顯色平板法的陽(yáng)性率分別為8.1%、9.2%、9.4%,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論顯色平板法檢測(cè)B群鏈球菌具有較高的靈敏度和特異性,可以直接接種標(biāo)本,操作簡(jiǎn)便,陽(yáng)性率不低于先增菌再培養(yǎng)法,適合各級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)用于圍產(chǎn)期GBS篩查。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the common culture method, the first culture method and the chromogenic plate method, and to obtain a method suitable for rapid detection of group B streptococcus in laboratory. Group B streptococcus of 1 526 pregnant women during perinatal period were detected by first culture method and chromogenic plate method, and compared. Results the common culture method, the first culture method and the second culture method were used to detect group B streptococcus in perinatal period. The positive rates of chromogenic plate method were 8.1and 9.29.4respectively, and there was no significant difference between them (P 0.05). Conclusion the method of chromogenic plate has high sensitivity and specificity for detecting group B streptococcus, and can be directly inoculated with specimens. The positive rate is not lower than that of the method of first increasing bacteria and then culture. Suitable for perinatal GBS screening in medical institutions at all levels.
