【摘要】：目的檢測孕婦樣本CMV-IgG抗體親和力,對排除和確認原發(fā)性巨細胞病毒(CMV)感染的性能進行分析,為孕婦CMV感染診斷提供參考依據(jù)。方法收集符合要求的114例血清樣本,根據(jù)血清學狀態(tài)分為原發(fā)感染組(第1組)、既往感染組(第2組)以及無血清轉換記錄的CMV感染待定組(第3組),測定樣本CMVIgG抗體親和力,根據(jù)第1組和第2組結果分析該方法排除或確認原發(fā)性CMV感染的性能,并通過測定無血清轉換記錄的樣本CMV-IgG親和力來說明該方法在臨床檢測中的意義。結果第1組CMV-IgG抗體親和力結果顯示27例(93.1%,27/29)孕婦的AI處于20%~45%,1例孕婦CMV-IgG抗體AI50%。第2組41例(91.1%)孕婦AI50%,35例(77.8%)孕婦AI60%,顯示高親和力。第3組12例(30.0%)孕婦AI45%,2例(5.0%)孕婦CMV-IgG抗體親和力中等(45.0%~55.0%),26例(65.0%)孕婦AI60%。結論 CMV-IgG親和力測定確認和排除CMV近期感染的性能良好、提高了血清學診斷,能夠有效防止侵入性產(chǎn)前診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the affinity of CMV-IgG antibody in pregnant women, to analyze the ability to exclude and confirm the primary cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection, and to provide a reference basis for the diagnosis of CMV infection in pregnant women. According to the serological status, the patients were divided into primary infection group (group 1), previous infection group (group 2) and unrecorded CMV infection group (group 3). According to the results of the first and second groups, the performance of this method to exclude or confirm primary CMV infection was analyzed. The significance of this method in clinical test was demonstrated by measuring the CMV-IgG affinity of samples without serum-conversion record. Results the results of CMV-IgG antibody affinity in group 1 showed that 27 pregnant women with CMV-IgG antibody were at 2045454545g. Group 2. 41 cases (91.1%) pregnant women AI50 / 35 cases (77.8%) pregnant women showed high affinity. Group 3 (12 cases: 30.0%) pregnant women had 2 cases (5.0%) pregnant women had moderate CMV-IgG antibody affinity (45.0% 55.0%), 26 cases (65.0). Conclusion CMV-IgG affinity test can confirm and exclude recent infection of CMV. Improved serological diagnosis can effectively prevent invasive prenatal diagnosis.
