【摘要】：目的了解并展現(xiàn)國內女性盆底功能障礙(FPFD)研究的現(xiàn)況、方法和熱點內容。方法應用文獻計量學方法及書目共現(xiàn)分析系統(tǒng)對FPFD研究文獻進行信息提取與計量分析。結果 2006-2015年共檢及FPFD研究論文1 601篇,2006、2011、2015年分別為36篇、205篇和319篇;北京協(xié)和醫(yī)院朱蘭以32篇文獻居作者發(fā)文榜首,北京、廣東兩地分別以101篇和66篇論文引領機構TOP20前列,婦幼保健與婦產專科類期刊發(fā)表文獻占60.00%,臨床類文獻占發(fā)文總量的67.00%,預防保健類文獻僅有30篇,有數(shù)據(jù)支持的研究論著從2006年的48.39%增至2015年的85.96%,使用單因素統(tǒng)計方法的文獻占規(guī)范統(tǒng)計處理類論著總數(shù)的82.00%。結論國內針對FPFD研究文獻增長迅速,已形成"兩群一圈兩類"作者機構群,婦幼保健類與婦產�？祁惼诳荈PFD主要傳播載體,臨床研究文獻較多,預防保健類文獻偏少,尚缺乏系統(tǒng)科研設計和多元數(shù)據(jù)處理的高水平文獻。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the status of female pelvic floor dysfunction (FPFDs) in China. Methods using bibliometrics method and bibliographic co-occurrence analysis system to extract and analyze the information of FPFD research literature. A total of 1 601 FPFD research papers were examined from 2006 to 2015. In 2015, there were 36 articles, 205 articles and 319 articles, respectively. Zhu Lan, Beijing Union Hospital, topped the list with 32 articles, while Beijing and Guangdong led the TOP20 with 101 papers and 66 papers respectively. Maternal and child health and obstetrics and gynecology specialized journal published literature accounted for 60.0010, clinical literature accounted for 67.00% of the total published papers, preventive health care literature only 30 articles. The number of research papers supported by data increased from 48.39% in 2006 to 85.96% in 2015. The use of single factor statistical method accounts for 82.00 of the total number of normative statistical treatment works. Conclusion the literature on FPFD has grown rapidly in China, and has formed "two groups, one circle, two types" group of authors. Maternal and Child Health and Obstetrics and Obstetrics Journals are the main carriers of FPFD. There are many clinical literatures and few literatures on prevention and health care, and there is a lack of systematic scientific research design and multivariate data processing.
