【摘要】：目的分析上海市醫(yī)院門診就診女性宮頸人乳頭瘤病毒(HPV)感染狀況及亞型分布特點。方法收集2009年5月—2012年12月在上海市第八人民醫(yī)院門診就診的2 701例女性宮頸HPV檢測資料,對HPV感染現(xiàn)狀及亞型分布特點進行分析。結(jié)果檢出21種HPV亞型,總感染率為33.65%,感染率最高的亞型是HPV16(6.85%)和HPV52(6.85%),其他常見亞型為HPV58(6.18%)、HPV53(3.74%)和HPV11(3.70%);16~45歲感染數(shù)占總感染數(shù)的83.82%,各年齡組感染率差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,低年齡組(16~25歲)感染率最高(36.82%),高年齡組(≥66歲)最低(16.36%);個體感染亞型種類數(shù)最多檢出7種,單一亞型感染率為22.84%,多重感染率為10.81%,高危型感染率為24.58%,低危型為4.59%,高低危混合型為4.48%;高危型感染中以26~35歲感染率最高,低危型感染以16~25歲最高,混合型感染以≥66歲最高。結(jié)論上海市醫(yī)院就診女性宮頸HPV感染最常見亞型為HPV16、HPV52、HPV58、HPV53和HPV11,感染呈現(xiàn)以單一亞型、高危感染和16~45歲感染為主,多重感染并存的特征。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze cervical human papillomavirus (HPV) in outpatients of Shanghai Hospital. Methods from May 2009 to December 2012, 2 701 cases of cervical HPV in Shanghai 8th people's Hospital were collected. The present situation and subtype distribution of HPV infection were analyzed. Results 21 HPV subtypes were detected and the total infection rate was 33.65%. The highest infection rate was HPV166.85) and HPV526.85. The other common subtypes were HPV586.18). HPV53 3.74) and HPV113.70; The infection rate of 16 ~ 45 years old accounted for 83.82% of the total infection.
