【摘要】：目的:探討疏肝益腎湯聯(lián)合枸櫞酸氯米芬治療無排卵性不孕癥的臨床療效及對性激素的影響。方法:90例無排卵性不孕癥就診患者采用隨機按數(shù)字表法分為治療組和對照組各45例。治療組給予疏肝益腎湯聯(lián)合枸櫞酸氯米芬治療;對照組給予枸櫞酸氯米芬治療。兩組療程均為3個月經(jīng)周期。采用B超監(jiān)測卵泡發(fā)育情況,統(tǒng)計排卵率、妊娠率和流產(chǎn)率;酶聯(lián)免疫法測定血清睪酮(T),泌乳素(PRL),促黃體生成素(LH),雌二醇(E2),卵泡刺激素(FSH)的水平。結(jié)果:治療后治療組的排卵率、妊娠率高于對照組(P0.05),流產(chǎn)率低于對照組(P0.05);治療后治療組的月經(jīng)不調(diào)例數(shù)低于對照組(P0.05),月經(jīng)量少、色黯例數(shù)低于對照組(P0.01);治療后治療組的患者子宮內(nèi)膜厚度顯著高于對照組(P0.05);治療后治療組的睪酮、泌乳素、黃體生成素和卵泡刺激素水平低于對照組(P0.05);兩組雌二醇水平均降低,組間差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:疏肝益腎湯聯(lián)合枸櫞酸氯米芬可溫腎助陽,疏肝調(diào)經(jīng),能提高無排卵性不孕癥患者的妊娠率,臨床療效優(yōu)于單純的枸櫞酸氯米芬治療。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Shugan Yishen decoction combined with clomiphene citrate in the treatment of anovulation infertility. Ninety patients with anovulation infertility were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 45) and control group (n = 45). The treatment group was treated with Shugan Yishen decoction combined with clomiphene citrate. The control group was treated with clomiphene citrate. The two groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles. B ultrasound was used to monitor follicle development, and the ovulation rate, pregnancy rate and abortion rate were counted. Serum testosterone, prolactin, luteinizing hormone and estradiol E _ 2 were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Results: after treatment, the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the abortion rate was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the number of menstrual irregularities in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05), the menstrual volume was less, and the number of color dark cases was lower than that in the control group (P 0.01). The endometrial thickness in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the levels of testosterone, prolactin, luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: Shugan Yishen decoction combined with clomiphene citrate can warm the kidney to help the yang, soothe the liver and regulate the menstruation, can improve the pregnancy rate of the patients with anovulation infertility. The clinical efficacy is superior to that of clomiphene citrate alone.
