【摘要】：目的回顧性分析妊娠期高血壓疾病住院患者的用藥情況,分析其用藥合理性。方法收集該醫(yī)院產(chǎn)科2011年1月至2015年6月主要診斷為妊娠期高血壓疾病的住院患者基本資料、用藥信息和費(fèi)用信息,用SPSS22.0軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果共納入妊娠期高血壓疾病住院患者974例,其中,重度子癇前期患者最多,占38.81%(378/974例)。對(duì)使用藥物進(jìn)行分析,共包括降壓藥物4種、防治子癇藥物3種、鎮(zhèn)靜藥物3種、利尿劑、糾正低蛋白血癥藥物和中成藥各1種。各亞組用藥情況略有差異。使用頻次前10位的藥品為維生素C、維生素E、硝苯地平、川芎嗪、硫酸鎂、硝苯地平緩釋片、白蛋白、地西泮片、烏拉地爾和呋塞米。結(jié)論妊娠期高血壓疾病住院患者的藥物治療是以防治子癇前期和降壓為主,同時(shí)中成藥川芎嗪聯(lián)合使用,符合疾病診療指南用藥要求,用藥基本合理。但維生素C和維生素E的使用存在爭(zhēng)議。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the drug use of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy inpatients retrospectively. Methods from January 2011 to June 2015, we collected the basic data, medication information and cost information of the inpatients who were mainly diagnosed as hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy in the hospital from January 2011 to June 2015. SPSS22.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results 974 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were included in the study. The most of them were severe preeclampsia. 38.81% 37.8% 974 cases were analyzed, including 4 kinds of antihypertensive drugs, 3 kinds of anti-eclampsia drugs, 3 kinds of sedatives and diuretics. There was a slight difference between the two subgroups. The top 10 drugs were vitamin C, vitamin E, nifedipine, ligustrazine and magnesium sulfate. Nifedipine sustained release tablets, albumin, diazepam tablets, urapidil and furosemide. Conclusion the main drug treatment for hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is preeclampsia and hypotension. Meanwhile, the combination of ligustrazine and traditional Chinese patent medicine meets the requirements of diagnosis and treatment of diseases and is reasonable, but the use of vitamin C and vitamin E is controversial.
