【摘要】：目的：研究子癇前期患者和正常孕婦血清及胎盤中ox-LDL、 IL-22的表達(dá),探討血清及胎盤中ox-LDL、IL-22與子癇前期的關(guān)系及二者之間的聯(lián)系。 方法：收集2013年06月-2014年02月在湘雅三醫(yī)院產(chǎn)科住院的子癇前期患者30例,其中子癇前期輕度15例(輕度組),重度子癇前期15例(重度組)。同期正常妊娠孕婦30例(正常組),分別采用ELISA、免疫組化方法檢測(cè)血清、胎盤組織中ox-LDL、IL-22的表達(dá)水平。 結(jié)果：(1)血清中ox-LDL、IL-22的水平：子癇前期輕度組和重度組患者血清中ox-LDL水平均明顯高于正常組(P0.05),且重度組明顯高于輕度組(P0.05)；子癇前期輕度組患者血清中IL-22水平較正常組有升高趨勢(shì),但差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),而重度組患者血清中IL-22水平明顯高于正常組及輕度組(P0.05)；子癇前期患者血清中ox-LDL與IL-22水平呈明顯的正相關(guān)(r=0.941,P0.05)。(2)胎盤中ox-LDL、IL-22的水平：ox-LDL主要在胎盤血管壁內(nèi)皮和間質(zhì)沉積,其次是滋養(yǎng)細(xì)胞。子癇前期輕度組和重度組患者胎盤中ox-LDL表達(dá)水平均明顯高于正常組(P0.05),且重度組明顯高于輕度組(P0.05)；子癇前期輕度組患者胎盤中IL-22水平較正常組有升高趨勢(shì),但差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),而重度組患者胎盤中IL-22水平高于正常組及輕度組(P0.05)；子癇前期患者胎盤中ox-LDIL與IL-22表達(dá)水平呈顯著的正相關(guān)(r=0.754,P0.05)。 結(jié)論：(1)子癇前期患者血清及胎盤中ox-LDL表達(dá)水平升高且與病情嚴(yán)重程度相關(guān),提示其可能在子癇前期發(fā)生、發(fā)展中起作用。(2)子癇前期患者血清及胎盤中IL-22表達(dá)水平升高,且IL-22與ox-LDL水平呈正相關(guān),提示IL-22的表達(dá)升高可能是機(jī)體的一種代償保護(hù)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the expression of ox-LDL and IL-22 in serum and placenta of preeclampsia patients and normal pregnant women, and to investigate the expression of ox-LDL in serum and placenta. The relationship between IL-22 and preeclampsia and the relationship between them. Methods: from June 2013 to February 2014, 30 cases of preeclampsia were collected, including 15 cases of mild preeclampsia (mild group). 15 cases of severe preeclampsia (severe group) and 30 cases of normal pregnant women (normal group) were detected ox-LDL in serum and placenta by immunohistochemistry. The expression level of IL-22. Results (1) the serum level of ox-LDLL-IL-22 in patients with mild and severe preeclampsia was significantly higher than that in normal controls (P 0.05). And the severe group was significantly higher than that of the mild group (P0.05). The serum IL-22 level in mild preeclampsia group was higher than that in normal group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). The serum IL-22 level in severe group was significantly higher than that in normal group and mild group (P 0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between serum ox-LDL and IL-22 levels in preeclampsia patients. The level of IL-22: ox-LDL was mainly deposited in placental vascular wall endothelium and stroma. The expression of ox-LDL in placenta of mild and severe preeclampsia group was significantly higher than that of normal group (P 0.05), and that of severe group was significantly higher than that of mild group (P 0.05). The level of IL-22 in placenta of mild preeclampsia group was higher than that of normal group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). The level of IL-22 in placenta of severe group was higher than that of normal group and mild group (P0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between the expression of ox-LDIL and IL-22 in the placenta of preeclampsia patients. Conclusion the expression of ox-LDL in serum and placenta of patients with preeclampsia is increased and correlated with the severity of the disease, suggesting that it may occur in preeclampsia. The expression of IL-22 in serum and placenta of patients with preeclampsia was increased, and the level of IL-22 was positively correlated with that of ox-LDL. The results suggest that the increased expression of IL-22 may be a compensatory protective effect.
