【摘要】：目的:通過乳腺髓樣癌的超聲聲像圖特征分析探討超聲對乳腺髓樣癌的診斷價值。方法:回顧性分析2009年1月至2014年8月期間我院體檢發(fā)現(xiàn)經(jīng)手術(shù)病理證實的19位患者共19例髓樣癌的超聲聲像圖特征,總結(jié)其特征性表現(xiàn)并分析其誤診原因。結(jié)果:髓樣癌超聲上常表現(xiàn)為形態(tài)不規(guī)則的弱回聲區(qū),邊緣多較不規(guī)整,內(nèi)部回聲分布多不甚均勻,可見不規(guī)則無回聲或弱回聲區(qū),偶見細(xì)鈣化;后方回聲多增強(qiáng),內(nèi)部血流信號較豐富者也不少見。結(jié)論:髓樣癌在超聲上還是有一定特征性的,超聲能幫助其與常見良性腫瘤如纖維腺瘤、實質(zhì)性導(dǎo)管內(nèi)乳頭狀瘤、葉狀腫瘤等的鑒別診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasound in myeloid carcinoma of breast by analyzing the ultrasonic features of myeloid carcinoma of breast. Methods: from January 2009 to August 2014, the sonographic features of 19 patients with myeloid carcinoma confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. the characteristic findings were summarized and the causes of misdiagnosis were analyzed. Results: on ultrasound, myeloid carcinoma often showed irregular weak echo area, irregular edge, uneven internal echo distribution, irregular anechoic or weak echo area, occasionally fine calcification, posterior echo enhancement and abundant internal blood flow signal. Conclusion: myeloid carcinoma is still characteristic on ultrasound. Ultrasound can help differential diagnosis of myeloid carcinoma from common benign tumors such as fibroadenoma, solid intraductal papilloma, leafy tumor and so on.
