【摘要】：正病例男,16歲,因深呼吸后右側(cè)胸痛4天入院。查體:右側(cè)胸廓呼吸度減弱,右肺語(yǔ)顫減弱,叩診右肺上部實(shí)音,下部濁音,聽(tīng)診呼吸音減弱。胸部CT示:右側(cè)胸腔內(nèi)見(jiàn)一混雜密度影,其內(nèi)可見(jiàn)脂肪密度,CT值約為-93~30 HU,邊界較清楚,大小約11.2 cm×9.5 cm,增強(qiáng)掃描病變實(shí)性部分不均勻強(qiáng)化,中間低密度區(qū)未見(jiàn)明顯強(qiáng)化;右肺受壓膨脹不良,升主動(dòng)
