【摘要】：正患者男,62歲。主因陰莖頭及左側(cè)腹股溝區(qū)腫物伴觸痛1個(gè)月入院。查體:陰莖成年型,包莖,尿道外口略顯紅腫,有黃白色分泌物。陰莖頭偏右側(cè)紅腫,觸痛明顯。左側(cè)腹股溝區(qū)可觸及多發(fā)腫物,最大直徑約30 mm,活動(dòng)度尚可,觸痛明顯。高頻彩超檢查:陰莖頭可見28.9 mm×15.1 mm×21.2 mm中低回聲腫物,邊界欠清,形態(tài)不規(guī)整,局部與海綿體界限模糊,周邊可見多發(fā)細(xì)小點(diǎn)狀強(qiáng)回聲,最大直
[Abstract]:The positive patient is 62 years old. The main cause was penile head and left inguinal mass with tenderness for 1 month. Body examination: penis adult, phimosis, urethral orifice slightly red and swollen, with yellow and white secretions. The right side of the penis head is red and swollen, and the tenderness is obvious. The left inguinal area could touch multiple masses, the maximum diameter was about 30 mm, and the tenderness was obvious. High frequency color Doppler ultrasound examination: 28.9 mm 脳 15.1 mm 脳 21.2 mm hypoechoic masses were found in the penile head, the boundary was unclear, the shape was irregular, the boundary between the local and cavernous bodies was blurred, and multiple fine punctate strong echoes were seen around the penis.
