1.5T ~1H-MRS在正常胰腺中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的:探討1.5T氫質(zhì)子磁共振波譜成像(MRS)在活體正常胰腺中的應(yīng)用價值及影響因素。方法:采用單體素點分辨波譜(PRESS)序列采集20例健康志愿者的正常胰腺波譜,分析脂質(zhì)峰高(Lip)、峰下面積、脂質(zhì)峰下面積(Lip)/組織內(nèi)水峰下面積(InW)比值與年齡、身高體重指數(shù)(BMI)的相關(guān)性,分析膽固醇和不飽和脂肪酸的混合峰下面積(Chol+UnSat)/脂質(zhì)峰下面積(Lip)比值與年齡、BMI的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:1.5T活體胰腺MRS掃描成功率為90%(18/20)。Lip峰、TMA峰和Chol+UnSat混合峰顯示率分別為100.0%(18/18)、89%(16/18)和100%(18/18)。Lip峰高與年齡、BMI呈正相關(guān)(r=0.715、0.356),有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.01、0.047),峰下面積與年齡、BMI呈正相關(guān)(r=0.503、0.135),與年齡有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.033),與BMI無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.593)。Lip/InW比值與年齡、BMI呈正相關(guān)(r=0.718、0.563),有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.01、0.015)。(Chol+Unsat)/Lip比值與年齡、BMI呈正相關(guān)(r=0.762、0.520),有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.000、0.027)。Chol+Unsat峰下面積與年齡、BMI呈正相關(guān)(r=0.519、0.466),有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.004、0.000)。結(jié)論:1.5T磁共振波譜成像能夠用于檢測正;铙w胰腺的主要代謝物并分析其譜線形態(tài)。
