吸煙和飲咖啡對(duì)局部腦血流量短期影響的動(dòng)脈自旋標(biāo)記研究

【摘要】:目的探討吸煙對(duì)正常成年人局部腦血流量(rCBF)產(chǎn)生的短期影響。材料與方法41名青中年健康志愿者(年齡22~55歲,平均年齡36.6±11.8歲)進(jìn)行吸煙試驗(yàn),并分為吸煙史組(男21名)和無(wú)吸煙史組(男20名),采用3D-ASL磁共振灌注技術(shù)定量測(cè)量41名志愿者吸煙前后枕葉、額葉、顳葉灰質(zhì)和丘腦、基底節(jié)區(qū)rCBF。結(jié)果(1)41名志愿者吸煙前后的各腦區(qū)rCBF無(wú)明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P值均0.05)。(2)21名吸煙史組的吸煙前rCBF低于20名無(wú)吸煙史組,且在雙側(cè)枕葉、顳葉、丘腦以及左側(cè)基底節(jié)區(qū)的rCBF差別較大(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論基于3D-ASL技術(shù)檢測(cè)吸煙對(duì)局部腦灰質(zhì)血流量的短期影響,吸煙對(duì)rCBF并未產(chǎn)生短期影響,而長(zhǎng)期吸煙能導(dǎo)致rCBF降低。目的探討飲咖啡對(duì)正常成年人局部腦血流量(rCBF)產(chǎn)生的短期影響。材料與方法19名青年健康志愿者(年齡范圍22~27歲,平均年齡24.4±1.4歲)進(jìn)行咖啡試驗(yàn),采用3D-ASL磁共振灌注技術(shù)定量測(cè)量19名志愿者飲用咖啡前后枕葉、額葉、顳葉灰質(zhì)和丘腦、基底節(jié)區(qū)rCBF。結(jié)果19名志愿者飲用咖啡后,雙側(cè)枕葉、額葉、顳葉灰質(zhì)和丘腦、基底節(jié)的rCBF均產(chǎn)生明顯降低的急性變化(P值均0.05),且其下降幅度分別為14.5%(右)、16.5%(左)、11.6%(右)、11.7%(左)、17.6%(右)、15.7%(左)、14.0%(右)、14.3%(左)、14.4%(右)、15.4%(左),以右側(cè)顳葉變化最為顯著。結(jié)論基于3D-ASL技術(shù)檢測(cè)咖啡對(duì)局部腦灰質(zhì)血流量的短期影響,咖啡使rCBF發(fā)生降低的急性變化。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the short-term effect of smoking on regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) in normal adults. Materials and methods 41 young and middle-aged healthy volunteers (22 years old, 55 years old, mean age 36.6 鹵11.8 years) were divided into smoking history group (21 males) and non-smoking history group (20 males). The occipital lobe, frontolobe, temporal lobe gray matter, thalamus and basal ganglia rCBF. of 41 volunteers before and after smoking were quantitatively measured by 3D-ASL magnetic resonance perfusion technique. Results (1) there was no significant difference in rCBF in each brain area of 41 volunteers before and after smoking (P < 0.05). (2). The rCBF of 21 smoking history groups before smoking was lower than that of 20 non-smoking history groups, and the rCBF in bilateral occipital lobe, temporal lobe, thalamus and left basal ganglia was significantly different (P < 0.05). Conclusion based on 3D-ASL, the short-term effect of smoking on local gray matter blood flow is detected. Smoking has no short-term effect on rCBF, but long-term smoking can lead to the decrease of rCBF.
