【摘要】：觀察小兒腹部占位病變的超聲表現(xiàn)并研究其診斷價值。選取我科診斷并經(jīng)臨床手術(shù)病理確診210例腹部占位病變進行回顧性分析。本組96例良性,114例惡性。腹部良性腫瘤大多為囊性腫物聲像,邊界清晰且包膜完整;而實體性腫瘤多數(shù)為惡性腫瘤,多為形狀不規(guī)則,回聲紊亂,邊界不清且向周圍浸潤。VEDV、VPSV、RI及PI等參數(shù),良性腫瘤與惡性腫瘤差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。超聲對小兒腹部腫瘤的診斷有重要意義,在臨床診斷決策中起到重要的作用。
[Abstract]:The ultrasonic findings of abdominal space occupying lesions in children were observed and their diagnostic value was studied. 210 cases of abdominal space occupying lesions diagnosed by our department and diagnosed by clinical operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. 96 cases were benign and 114 cases were malignant. Most of the benign tumors of the abdomen were cystic masses with clear boundary and complete capsule. However, most of the solid tumors were malignant tumors, most of them were irregular shape, disordered echo, unclear boundary and infiltrated around them. VEDV, VPSV,RI and PI parameters showed significant difference between benign tumors and malignant tumors (P 0.05). Ultrasound plays an important role in the diagnosis of abdominal tumors in children.
