功能磁共振成像觀察復發(fā)緩解型多發(fā)性硬化患者運動相關腦區(qū)的局部一致性

【摘要】:目的采用靜息態(tài)功能磁共振(rs-fMRI)區(qū)域局部一致性(ReHo)技術,觀察復發(fā)緩解型多發(fā)性硬化(RRMS)患者腦局部ReHo值。方法收集19例RRMS患者(RRMS組)與19名年齡、性別相匹配的健康對照者(對照組)行rsfMR和常規(guī)MR檢查。分別提取兩組左、右側(cè)運動相關腦區(qū)ReHo值行兩樣本t檢驗分析,對RRMS組雙側(cè)運動相關腦區(qū)ReHo值與患者EDSS評分行相關性分析。結(jié)果與正常對照組相比,RRMS患者雙側(cè)運動相關腦區(qū)ReHo值降低(P0.05,經(jīng)AlphaSim校正,體素20),患者雙側(cè)運動相關腦區(qū)ReHo值與EDSS評分均呈負相關(右側(cè):r=-0.819,P0.05;左側(cè):r=-0.871,P0.05)。結(jié)論 RRMS患者運動相關腦區(qū)神經(jīng)元活動一致性存在減低改變,這種改變可能是患者運動功障礙形成的相關因素之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the local Reho value of patients with recurrent and remission multiple sclerosis (RRMS) by resting functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) region consistent (ReHo) technique. Methods rsfMR and routine MR were performed in 19 RRMS patients (RRMS group) and 19 age and sex matched healthy controls (control group). The ReHo values of left and right motor-related brain regions in the two groups were extracted and analyzed by two-sample t-test, and the correlation between the Reho value of bilateral motor-related brain regions and the EDSS branch of patients in RRMS group was analyzed.
