【摘要】：目的探究經(jīng)會陰三維超聲評估產(chǎn)后婦女盆底裂孔形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)的價值。方法選擇2016年2月~2017年10月于單婦嬰醫(yī)院就診的79例產(chǎn)后婦女為觀察組,另選擇同期未育未產(chǎn)30例婦女為對照組,對兩組產(chǎn)婦在靜息和張力狀態(tài)下盆膈裂孔的形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)進行觀察與比較。結(jié)果觀察組各超聲參數(shù)明顯對對照組大,18周明顯大于16周,張力狀態(tài)下比靜息狀態(tài)下大,具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在評估產(chǎn)后婦女盆底裂孔形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu),利用經(jīng)會陰三維超聲可以實現(xiàn)動態(tài)觀察,以此可以為早期預測盆底功能障礙性疾病提供重要的科學依據(jù),值得臨床應用與推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the morphological structure of pelvic floor foramen in postpartum women by perineal three-dimensional ultrasound. Methods from February 2016 to October 2017, 79 postpartum women from February 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the observation group, and 30 women who had not given birth at the same time were selected as the control group. The morphology and structure of pelvic phrenic foramen in resting and tension were observed and compared between the two groups. Results the ultrasonic parameters of the observation group were significantly larger than those of the control group, 18 weeks were significantly larger than 16 weeks, and the tension state was larger than that of rest state, which was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion in evaluating the morphology and structure of pelvic floor foramen in postpartum women, dynamic observation can be realized by transperineal three-dimensional ultrasound, which can provide important scientific basis for early prediction of pelvic floor dysfunction, and is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
