超聲引導(dǎo)下無水乙醇治療繼發(fā)性甲狀旁腺功能亢進(jìn)的應(yīng)用價(jià)值

【摘要】:目的評(píng)估超聲引導(dǎo)下醫(yī)用無水乙醇治療繼發(fā)性甲狀旁腺功能亢進(jìn)的治療效果和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法比較分析56例慢性腎功能衰竭繼發(fā)甲狀旁腺功能亢進(jìn)患者,經(jīng)超聲引導(dǎo)無水乙醇治療前后甲狀旁腺超聲圖像和血清甲狀旁腺激素(PTH)水平的變化,評(píng)價(jià)其治療效果。結(jié)果無水乙醇穿刺介入治療前后對(duì)比甲狀旁腺回聲不均勻增強(qiáng),血流信號(hào)明顯減少。甲狀旁腺腺體積由(2.32±0.64)cm3縮小為(2.15±0.53)cm3,但差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=1.65,P0.05);血清PTH水平由(987±95.2)ng/L明顯下降為(434±56.6)ng/L,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=5.96,P0.01)。結(jié)論超聲引導(dǎo)下無水乙醇治療繼發(fā)性甲狀旁腺功能亢進(jìn)療效確切,治療前后超聲圖像及血PTH的變化可作為觀察療效的重要指標(biāo),具有重要臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the therapeutic effect and application value of ultrasound-guided medical anhydrous ethanol in the treatment of secondary hyperparathyrothyroidism. Methods the changes of ultrasound images and serum parathyrotropin (PTH) levels in 56 patients with hyperparathyrothyroidism secondary to chronic renal failure were compared and analyzed before and after ultrasound-guided anhydrous ethanol treatment, and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.
