剪切波彈性成像技術對頸動脈粥樣斑塊穩(wěn)定性的初步評估
[Abstract]:Aim: to evaluate the value of shear wave real-time tissue elastography (shear wave elastography,SWE) in the stability of carotid atherosclerotic plaques. Methods: 107 patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaques were divided into two groups: cerebral infarction group (56 cases) and non-cerebral infarction group (51 cases). Shear wave elastic imaging technique was used to observe the characteristics of elastic images of different plaques, and the mean elastic modulus (SWE1), the value of elastic modulus (SWE2) and the ratio of the two (SWE1/SWE2) at the proximal end of the patch were measured. Results: 1the carotid plaques in cerebral infarction group were mainly lipoid plaque (60.7%), non-cerebral infarction group was mixed plaque (47.1%). The surface of irregular ulcerative plaque in cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that in non-infarction group (P0.05). 2in ultrasonic elastic images, fatty plaques were mainly blue and yellow, mixed plaques were inhomogeneous yellow, red and irregular yellow red, strong echo calcified plaques were mainly red, and mixed plaques were non uniform yellow, red or irregular yellow red, strong echo calcified plaques were mainly red. 3The SWE2 of plaque in cerebral infarction group was significantly lower than that in non-infarction group, while the SWE1/SWE2 was significantly higher (P0.05). There was no significant difference in SWE1 between the two groups. Conclusion: shear wave elastography can observe the elastic image characteristics of plaques and quantitatively measure the elastic modulus values of various plaques, which can provide more information for the evaluation of the stability of atherosclerotic plaques.
