【摘要】：正患者男,35歲。發(fā)現(xiàn)右頸部腫塊2周,無(wú)任何不適。查體:右胸鎖乳突肌下段后方可觸及一腫塊,約4.5cm×4.0cm,界清,質(zhì)中,光滑,活動(dòng)度好,無(wú)壓痛;氣管左移,頸部淺表淋巴結(jié)未及腫大。超聲檢查:右胸鎖乳突肌后方可見(jiàn)一橢圓形混合回聲腫塊,大小6.0cm×3.4cm×4.9cm,包膜清晰完整,周邊為不均勻等回聲,中央為無(wú)回聲,范圍約4.6cm×2.1cm×3.4cm,透聲佳,內(nèi)見(jiàn)網(wǎng)狀分隔(圖1A)。CDFI示腫塊實(shí)性部
[Abstract]:Positive male, 35 years old. The right neck mass was found for 2 weeks without any discomfort. Body examination: the lower segment of the right sternocleidomastoid muscle can only touch a mass, about 4.5cm 脳 4.0 cm, clear, medium quality, smooth, good mobility, no tenderness; trachea left, neck superficial lymph node not enlarged. Ultrasonic examination: after the right sternocleidomastoid muscle, there was an oval mixed echo mass, the size of 6.0cm 脳 3.4cm 脳 4.9 cm, the envelope was clear and intact, the periphery was inhomogeneous isoechoic, the center was anechoic, the range was about 4.6cm 脳 2.1cm 脳 3.4 cm, the sound transmittance was good, and there was no echo in the center of the right sternocleidomastoid muscle.
