ACR關(guān)于腹盆部檢查中偶然發(fā)現(xiàn)的處理原則

【摘要】：隨著影像學(xué)檢查在臨床診療中重要性逐步提高,越來越多的疾病需要影像學(xué)檢查來輔助診斷、確定分期、判斷療效及監(jiān)測預(yù)后。然而,隨著影像學(xué)檢查的廣泛應(yīng)用,影像診斷時(shí)檢出"偶然發(fā)現(xiàn)"的機(jī)會(huì)顯著增加。對于這些偶然發(fā)現(xiàn)的處理,國內(nèi)尚無公認(rèn)的臨床指南。在真實(shí)的臨床環(huán)境中,影像報(bào)告中提及的偶然發(fā)現(xiàn),對臨床醫(yī)師及患者造成了一定困擾。美國放射學(xué)院(American College of Radiology,ACR)組織了專家委員會(huì),對報(bào)道了腹盆部影像檢查中偶然發(fā)現(xiàn)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行搜集和整理,再結(jié)合本學(xué)科專家的意見,發(fā)布了一系列關(guān)于偶然發(fā)現(xiàn)處理原則的文章。本文對ACR所發(fā)布的這些專家共識(shí)進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:With the increasing importance of imaging examination in clinical diagnosis and treatment, more and more diseases need imaging examination to assist the diagnosis, determine the stage, judge the curative effect and monitor the prognosis. However, with the wide application of imaging examination, the chance of detection of "accidental discovery" in imaging diagnosis has increased significantly. There are no recognized clinical guidelines for the management of these fortuitous discoveries in China. In the real clinical environment, the accidental discovery mentioned in the imaging report has caused some distress to clinicians and patients. The American College of Radiology (American College of Radiology,ACR) organized a committee of experts to collect and sort out the literature that was found accidentally in the abdominal and pelvic imaging examination, and combined with the opinions of the experts in this subject. Published a series of articles on the principles of handling accidental discovery. This paper summarizes the consensus of these experts published by ACR.
