超高場3.0T MRI不同序列應(yīng)用于腰骶神經(jīng)根成像的比較

【摘要】:目的:比較3.0T MRI FIESTA與IDEAL序列腰骶神經(jīng)根受壓成像的診斷價值。方法:22例腰椎間盤突出患者分別行常規(guī)序列、FIESTA序列和IDEAL序列掃描,所有圖像均進行后處理重建,對圖像的質(zhì)量和清晰度、受壓神經(jīng)顯示清晰度、腰骶神經(jīng)根與鄰近椎體(腦脊液)的對比噪聲比4個方面進行評價。結(jié)果:神經(jīng)根-腦脊液CNR值FIESTA序列明顯大于IDEAL序列(283.24±117.97 vs 96.28±39.29,P=0.000),圖像質(zhì)量及清晰度評分FIESTA序列大于IDEAL序列(4.66±0.33 vs 4.22±0.68,P=0.028),受壓神經(jīng)顯示清晰度IDEAL序列大于FIESTA序列(2.78±0.45 vs 2.19±0.83,P=0.023),差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:FIESTA序列掃描時間短,觀察神經(jīng)根受壓及治療前后比較,較有優(yōu)勢;IDEAL序列對于受壓神經(jīng)根的定位、神經(jīng)根受壓及損傷程度的成像特點更有優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the diagnostic value of lumbosacral nerve root compression imaging between 3.0T MRI FIESTA and IDEAL sequence. Methods: 22 patients with lumbar disc herniation were scanned with conventional sequence, FIESTA sequence and IDEAL sequence respectively. All the images were post-processed and reconstructed. The quality and clarity of the images and the clarity of the compressed nerve were observed. The contrast noise ratio between lumbosacral nerve root and adjacent vertebral body (cerebrospinal fluid) was evaluated in four aspects. Results: the CNR value of nerve root and cerebrospinal fluid in FIESTA sequence was significantly higher than that in IDEAL sequence (283.24 鹵117.97 vs 96.2839.29, P < 0.000). The image quality and clarity score of FIESTA sequence was higher than that of IDEAL sequence (4.66 鹵0.33 vs 4.22 鹵0.68, P < 0.028). The IDEAL sequence of compressed nerve showed greater clarity than that of FIESTA sequence (2.78 鹵0.45 vs 2.19 鹵0.83, P < 0.023), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: the scanning time of FIESTA sequence is short, it has advantage to observe nerve root compression and compare before and after treatment, and IDEAL sequence has advantage in localization of compressed nerve root, compression of nerve root and degree of injury.
