【摘要】：正患者女,45歲。2年前發(fā)現(xiàn)甲狀腺右側(cè)葉結(jié)節(jié),期間癌胚抗原(CEA)持續(xù)升高,未做特殊處理,16年前行右側(cè)頸部包塊切除術(shù)(包塊性質(zhì)不清)。2016年3月24日來我院行甲狀腺彩超:右側(cè)葉淺面、外側(cè)及深面可見低回聲腫塊包饒,大小約61 mm×22mm×12mm,邊界不清,形態(tài)不規(guī)則,與右側(cè)葉交界處呈"鋸齒狀"改變,內(nèi)部回聲不均勻,內(nèi)部及周
[Abstract]:The right lobe nodule of thyroid gland was found 2 years ago, during which carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) was continuously elevated and no special treatment was done. 16 years ago, the right neck mass resection was performed (the nature of the mass was unclear). Thyroid color Doppler ultrasonography was performed in our hospital on March 24, 2016. Hypoechoic masses were seen on the superficial, lateral and deep sides of the right lobe.
