【摘要】：目的探討浸潤性導管癌(IDC)時間-信號強度曲線(TIC)及ADC值與組織學分級的相關性。方法回顧性分析43例(共45個病灶)經(jīng)病理學證實為IDC的動態(tài)增強MRI及DWI表現(xiàn),測量腫塊的早期強化率、ADC值,描繪時間-信號強度曲線(TIC),對不同病理學分級IDC的早期強化率、TIC曲線分型及ADC值進行組間比較,并分析其與病理組織分級的相關性。結果 43例IDC中,Ⅰ級8例,Ⅱ級24例,Ⅲ級11例。不同級別IDC兩兩比較,早期強化率的差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P均0.05),而TIC曲線分型、ADC值的差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P均0.05),IDC的TIC曲線分型與病理組織學分級呈正相關關系(r=0.40,P0.01),與ADC值呈負相關(r=-0.79,P0.01)。正常乳腺組織與不同病理組織分級IDC的ADC值差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P均0.05)。結論乳腺動態(tài)增強MRI的TIC曲線結合ADC值可在一定程度上預測IDC的組織學分級。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between (IDC) time-signal intensity curve (TIC) and ADC value and histological grade in invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods the dynamic enhanced MRI and DWI findings of 43 patients (45 lesions) proved by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. The early enhancement rate, ADC value and time-signal intensity curve (TIC),) of 43 patients with IDC were measured. The early enhancement rate, TIC curve type and ADC value of IDC in different pathological grades were compared among groups, and the correlation between them and pathological grade was analyzed.
