【摘要】：正患者女,78歲,因發(fā)現(xiàn)左側(cè)乳腺腫物12年,近半年明顯增大入院。�？茩z查:左側(cè)乳腺內(nèi)側(cè)可觸及一拳頭大小腫物,質(zhì)硬,觸之無壓痛,邊界欠清晰,活動性差,與周圍組織似有粘連,腫物表面可見一處直徑約1cm的皮膚破潰,左側(cè)乳頭偏向內(nèi)側(cè);右側(cè)乳腺未捫及腫塊,雙側(cè)腋窩及鎖骨上窩未捫及腫大淋巴結(jié)。超聲:左側(cè)乳腺內(nèi)
[Abstract]:Positive patient female, 78 years old, because discovered left mammary gland mass 12 years, nearly half a year obvious enlargement is admitted to hospital. Specialist examination: left inside mammary gland can touch a fist size tumor, quality is hard, touch without tenderness, the boundary is not clear, the activity is poor, appears to have adhesion with the surrounding tissue, the surface of the tumor can see a broken skin about the diameter of 1cm. The left papillae deviated to the medial side; There was no palpable mass in the right breast and enlarged lymph nodes in both armpit and supraclavicular fossa. Ultrasound: left breast
