【摘要】：目的通過MRI影像學(xué)表現(xiàn),評(píng)價(jià)慢性布氏菌性脊柱炎患者處于病程的早期、進(jìn)展期、愈合期,指導(dǎo)臨床對(duì)該病治療手段的選擇以及治療效果的評(píng)價(jià)。方法回顧性分析40例經(jīng)臨床確診慢性布氏菌性脊柱炎患者的MRI影像資料,對(duì)處早期、進(jìn)展期、愈合期患者的影像學(xué)征象進(jìn)行總結(jié)、分析。結(jié)果 MRI顯示椎體、椎間盤、椎旁及腰大肌內(nèi)的異常信號(hào)時(shí),椎間隙正常,為病變?cè)缙?在病變?cè)缙诘幕A(chǔ)上合并椎間隙狹窄,則為病變進(jìn)展期;椎體信號(hào)為T1短T2信號(hào)或椎體信號(hào)與正常椎體一至,并椎間隙狹窄,為病變的愈合期。結(jié)論根據(jù)慢性布氏菌性脊柱炎在病程發(fā)展中的特異性影像學(xué)表現(xiàn),可對(duì)慢性布氏菌性脊柱炎進(jìn)行分期評(píng)估,指導(dǎo)臨床選擇合理的治療手段。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the early stage, advanced stage and healing stage of chronic brucella spondylitis by MRI imaging findings. Methods the MRI imaging data of 40 patients with chronic brucellosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results when abnormal signals in vertebral body, intervertebral disc, vertebral side and psoas major muscle were displayed by MRI, the intervertebral space was normal, which was the early stage of lesion, and the stenosis of intervertebral space was advanced on the basis of early lesion. The signal intensity of the vertebral body was T 1 short T 2 signal or the signal intensity of the vertebral body was 1 to 1 to the normal vertebral body and the intervertebral space was narrow which was the healing stage of the lesion. Conclusion according to the specific imaging findings of chronic brucellosis in the course of disease development, it can be used to evaluate the stage of chronic brucellosis and to guide the clinical selection of reasonable treatment methods.
