【摘要】：正患者女,47歲。停經(jīng)40d,尿HCG(+)。超聲所見:子宮左后壁見實(shí)質(zhì)不均質(zhì)性低回聲包塊(79mm×61 mm),宮腔內(nèi)見孕囊樣回聲(6 mm×4mm)。宮頸低回聲包塊(135mm×80 mm)與膀胱后壁界限不清,未突破膀胱黏膜層(圖1)。左側(cè)附件區(qū)見實(shí)質(zhì)不均質(zhì)性低回聲包塊(122 mm×93mm)。CDFI:各腫塊內(nèi)部見豐富血流信號(hào)。超聲提
